Affordable Custom Uniforms

We work directly from our manufacturing partners – which means no middle men or agents. We source all of our fabrics directly from fabric mills saving on material costs. All designs, patterns, sampling, embroidery and printing are completed in-house and by our factories. No double handling and no double mark ups resulting in the best quality at very competitive prices.

Outstanding Production Quality Processes

Production quality and quality control is at the heart of our business. We demonstrate leadership in ethical manufacturing practices, manufacturing for scale, developing our own in-house product and being at the forefront of industry best-practice.

Quality Standards

All manufacturers are ISO Certified, WRAP Certified and comply with our own Code of Conduct Agreement. Manufacturing Samples Garment and trim samples are reviewed pre, during and post bulk production to ensure consistent quality.

Batch Control

All garments are labeled with batch information including Location of manufacture, Date of production and Batch number ensuring production traceability via our ERP.

Quality Assurance

We have QA Measures in place and have strict quality control systems for the production process. A third party inspection agent is employed to manage pre-shipment QC inspections. Our Queensland-based QA team also check all products that are received into our warehouse.

Sizing Consistency

Size consistency is controlled through in-line inspections in the cutting, sewing and packing stages. Garments are measured to meet critical and non-critical points of measurement.

Specifications & Tech Packs

To ensure that all garments are manufactured exactly to our specifications, we create technical specification packs that include patterns, size charts and garment details.

Lab Dips

Lab dips are evaluated/approved under a D65 light source before the manufacturer proceeds to bulk fabric production. This process is followed for every re-order to ensure colour consistency between fabric batches.

Fabric Testing

Fabrics are evaluated for colour fastness issues (shrinkage, pilling and any other testing relevant to the garment). We have a partnership with Intertek Testing Services (primary laboratory) as well as with Qualspec Testing Centre (secondary laboratory) to assess and ensure that fabrics are meeting standards. Fabrics not measuring up to standards are rejected, improved by manufacturer and submitted again for re-testing.
